INCOME ARCHITECTURE
5 pillars of income
Five distinct revenue streams that compound over time. This is how real wealth is built.
Advances
Receive 75% (9-month advance) of your commission when the client pays their first premium. On $20K annualized premium at 75% comp, that's $11,250 upfront.
Backends
The remaining 25% is distributed evenly in months 10, 11, and 12. By month 12, you always have 3 months of backends flowing in addition to new advances.
Residuals
Monthly commission on every in-force policy beginning month 13. Receive 3–8% of the client's premium for 10 years, 25 years, or the lifetime of the policy.
Bonuses
Monthly producer bonuses: $20K issued paid = $650 bonus, scaling up to $200K = $20,000 bonus. Extra income on top of everything else.
Overrides
Managerial commission from your team's production. Earn the spread between your comp level and your downline's — paid as advances, backends, and renewals.
